Release Details

1.  Security Enhancements: SAML 2.0 Authentication Support

In addition to OAuth 2.0 authentication, Files now supports SAML authentication, including default SAML workspaces, mapped SAML groups, and SAML users.

When a Files user attempts to sign in to Files using SAML, Files redirects the user to the SAML identity provider (IdP) sign-on URL. The user signs in to the IdP with their SAML credentials, and the IdP sends a SAML assertion to Files; Files then grants access to the SAML user.
